What customers say

Rated 5.0 out of 5 from 90 reviews on Google.

“When I came home on a warm day last week to find my house at 80° instead of 77°, I knew my AC needed service. I immediately called HTR and they were able to come and check it out that evening. So grateful for their quick response and their service personnel, especially Vinny.”

“Robert, Vinnie and their very respectful crew worked very hard on replacing and upgrading my ductwork and adding new to a room addition. They also sealed it in very well and insulated it. They truly went above and beyond. It has made a huge difference in comfort and air quality. HTR is THE best HVAC company out there and I have used many. Thank you team for the 10 star service! !!”

“Great company. Vinnie came out and took care of our broken AC promptly for a fair price. They also did not try to upsell anything despite our unit being quite old. Very trustworthy company and we plan to use them to replace our HVAC in a few years.”

“I had the team take care of my office (commercial) and home (residential) HVAC units. Quick, efficient, and went above and beyond for me. I cannot recommend them enough! They had photos for me to see what the inside of the units looked like before and after their work. We appreciate all the help!!”

“HTR did an amazing job taking care of my house needs! I have 2 AC units and they explained how one could be repaired for minimal pricing and the options for replacing the other one. I especially appreciated how they didn’t try to push me to replace both units. They also offer this effective Aerus air purification system that I added to both my AC units and it has definitely cut down on sickness in my household!”

Heating and cooling questions

Something else on your mind? Call (513) 889-2399.

All questions
How often should my furnace and air conditioner be serviced?

Once a year for each is the usual guidance: the furnace in fall before heating season, the AC in spring before it gets hot. A tune-up includes an inspection and a system performance check. We offer seasonal furnace and AC tune-ups and maintenance plans.

Is it better to repair or replace an old furnace or AC unit?

It depends on the age of the unit, the cost of the repair and how often it has broken down. A single small repair on a system that has run well usually makes sense. Repeated repairs on an older system often point toward replacement. We give you the options and an upfront price for each.

Why is my AC running but not cooling the house?

Common causes include a dirty air filter, a frozen coil, low refrigerant or a failing component outside. Replacing the filter is a safe first check. If the air is still warm, turn the system off and call us at (513) 889-2399 so we can diagnose it.

Is a heat pump a good fit for a home in this climate?

Heat pumps heat and cool from one system, and many homes in Southwest Ohio use them. Whether one suits your home depends on the house, the ductwork and your current equipment. We can look at your setup and tell you plainly.

What can help with dust, allergies or humidity in my home?

We install air purifiers and humidifiers as part of our indoor air quality work. Which one helps depends on the problem, so tell us what you notice and we will recommend from there.

Do you work on both homes and businesses?

Yes. We service residential systems and commercial equipment including rooftop units, and we offer planned commercial maintenance. We also work with property managers on furnace repair, AC repair, system replacement and thermostat service.
